Police are investigating an incident of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on Etterby Street, between 9pm on 3rd February and 3pm on 4th February.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said:
"Two number plates have been taken from a parked Seat Ibiza.
"Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 124 of 4 February. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
