Police are investigating a suspected arson. The vehicle fire occurred on Lakeland Avenue, Whitehaven, on the 30th December, at around 2:45am.
A Black Hyundai Santa Fe was damaged during the incident.
A Police spokesperson said:
"Police would like to identify and speak to a man who was in the area at the time, on a push bike, to help them with their enquiries.
"Anyone with any information or CCTV/Dash camera footage which may cover the incident location should contact police on 101, quoting log 18 of 30ths or Crimestoppers, Anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
