Cumbria Police are investigating a road traffic collision that occurred at 10:40am today (1 Sept) on Loren Street, Carlisle.
A 43-year-old woman from Carlisle was arrested and subsequently released under investigation.
A Police spokesperson said:
"Anyone with any info should contact police on 101 quoting log 66."
