Cleator Moor Celtic have issued a statement regarding the return to training and competition. They say that they don't believe things are safe at this point in time and that reviews are ongoing.
A spokesperson said:
"Cleator Moor Celtic FC put the safety and welfare of players, parents and coaches before everything else.
"Whilst there signs that the UK Government and the FA are starting to relax measures to ease lock down, we as a club believe it is simply not safe at this moment in time and indeed not essential for football to return on the basis outlined by the FA last week.
"Our priority is the safety and welfare of our members, volunteer coaching staff, officials and supporters, we therefore will not allow any unnecessary risk to these groups.
"What other clubs are doing in the area at this time does not add pressure to what we do as a club.
"Our club stance is very simple, there will be no training until we have the confidence in the processes in place for us to consider it safe to do so.
"The football club is not standing still and doing nothing, as work around the club and junior fields has continued to progress.
