Police are investigating an assault which was reported to have happened at about 9.50pm on the 4th April in the Langrigg Road area of Carlisle.
A woman was walking home when the incident happened. The unknown offender approached her on a bicycle. He is described as wearing all dark clothing and a head torch and spoke with a local accent.
