Police are appealing for witnesses and information relating to an incident of assault, which occurred in the area of Matalan Car Park on James Street in Carlisle.
The incident involved a man assaulting a woman who sustained bruising to her leg and arm. The incident occurred prior to 8pm on Tuesday 21st April 2020.
