Papua New Guinea Rugby League team, Rainbow Rangers have thanked Egremont Rangers, and Whitehaven Centre forward Jessie Joe Parker for supplying the team with new kit.
Rainbow Rangers is a rugby league team formed to expose raw talents and to keep youths occupied in rugby and to help keep them away from excessive drinking, drugs, pickpocketing, fighting and being a nuisance in their respective communities.
Youths are encouraged to stop drugs, reduce their consumption of alcohol, be friendly and sincere, be responsible and respectful, and to be a protector and defender of weak and vulnerable individuals from being attacked or harassed.
A spokesperson from Rainbow Rangers said:

"Our boys were privileged to put on these jumpers today in the major Off-Season Competition, Coca Cola Ipatas Cup, and will use it as the club's official uniform in other competitions and tournament."
