Personal trainer, Vicki Adams is inviting those who would like to get fitter to join her in a new, informal social running club.
Vicki said: "It doesn't matter if you have never run. We can start by doing intervals and build up. We can double back for those who find it more challenging.
"This isn't going to cost a penny. It's just an hour of your time twice a week. All are welcome. Any age. Any fitness ability... Male, female.
